Product Intro

     LH type electric double beam hoist crane, after modular and standardized design, has the advantages of light weight, small size, smooth operation, low noise, maintenance-free, etc., has the advantages of compact size, low building headroom height, light weight, small wheel pressure and so on. It is suitable for the transfer, assembly, maintenance and loading and unloading of machining workshop, metallurgical auxiliary workshop, warehouse, material yard, power station, etc. It can also replace the Yantong double beam bridge crane for the textile industry and food industry production workshops. Its working type is light and intermediate, the working environment temperature is -25C ~40C, do not use in flammable, explosive, corrosive media environment. This product has two forms of ground and operation room operation. The operating room has two types: open and closed. It can be divided into two forms of left or right installation according to the actual situation. The direction of the door has three sides, end faces and top. To meet the user in a variety of different needs of the case to choose.

Main Beam Structural Unit

    The main beam is a deviated box beam or a steel beam, and the end beam is welded by section steel or steel plate. Steel plate material is Q235-B; The vertical deflection is L/1000; All steel plates were pre-treated with shot blasting and reached Sa2.5 standard; Carefully inspect and clean the steel before welding, usually by an automatic welding machine (MIG or semi-automatic welding); All welds are subjected to X-ray non-destructive testing; The welding of each main beam is treated to remove the internal stress. The surface of the crane is sandblasted, and the primer and top paint are applied within 8 hours. The thickness of the paint film is not less than 120μm. The crane arranges a maintenance platform (maintenance walkway) on the driving side of the truck along the direction of the main beam.

End Beam Structural Unit

    The end beam adopts welded box girder or rectangular steel pipe as the girder of car body structure. After welding, the structural flaw detection is carried out. The combination of the end beam and the wheel is processed by the boring and milling machine, which increases the installation and assembly accuracy of the equipment and improves the stability.

The end beam structure is equipped with derailment prevention device, track cleaning device, buffer device, etc

  • Electric Machine

The motor adopts the reuse AC asynchronous variable frequency brake motor, small size, light weight, high market penetration rate, no carbon brush, easy maintenance, energy saving, adjustable frequency control.

  • Reduction Gear

Reducer adopts modular box, hard tooth surface gear, liquid lubricating oil, gear strength is high, wear resistance is strong, easy to replace and maintain.

  • Brake

The brake adopts electromagnetic disc type power loss brake or hydraulic brake, with small size, high friction, high stability, long service life, little pollution, no asbestos dust, no risk of oil leakage.

  • Wheel

Wheels made of alloy steel (40Cr, 42CrMo, etc.) overall tempering wheels, with light weight, high bearing capacity, impact resistance, high tensile strength, wear resistance, long service life, wheel pressure and so on.

  • Bearing B

The bearing box adopts cast steel bearing box, and the bearings are mostly self-aligning roller bearings, which have high bearing capacity, have the function of self-aligning, and can bear a certain axial load and radial load at the same time. The friction coefficient of self-aligning roller bearings is the lowest among all standards, so the selection of self-aligning bearings can increase the load capacity of the equipment to a certain extent

  • Reel

The use of large diameter seamless steel pipe, increase the strength of the drum, can effectively reduce the wear of the wire rope.

  • Wire Rope

Wire rope adopts high strength breaking force 2160 wire rope, surface galvanized without oil

  • Lifting Hook

The hook material is made of 34CrMo, which can be rotated 360 degrees and has a safety buckle to prevent slippage.

  • Crane frequency control

        The frequency converter can control the low speed to high speed of the equipment through the speed control to achieve the purpose of slow start and slow stop, through the slow start and slow stop can increase the mechanical service life of the transmission parts of the equipment, but also reduce the natural vibration frequency of the equipment, avoid the harm of the equipment natural vibration to the infrastructure and extend the life of the infrastructure.

The principle is that when the crane runs to a certain distance from the obstacle, the running speed drops to a slow speed, which can prevent the accident caused by too fast to brake; If the operation continues, the crane reaches the set stopping distance, the hook stops and cannot continue to move forward, and can only retreat

  • Car Operating Limit

The truck uses infrared laser limiter or cross limiter, which can be set up two distance controls, one short distance control and one long distance control

The principle is that when the hook rises to the set and there is a certain distance from the stop, the hook speed drops to a slow speed, which can prevent the accident caused by too fast and too late braking; If it continues to rise, when the hook reaches the set stop area, the hook stops and cannot continue to rise, but can only fall.

  • Lifting Impact Limit

Using a fixed limit device, as long as the hook is lifted to the place where the limit is set, the hook touches the limit switch, the switch works, and the hook cannot be lifted.

  • Other Protection

Bridge protection

In scenarios with a cab, the crane cannot be started if the cab door is not closed, or if the doors of other service areas are not closed.

  • OverLoad Protection

The lifting mechanism is equipped with a weight sensor, which can detect the weight of the goods during the lifting process to avoid overload caused by unclear weight of the goods, and overload will lead to a variety of hazards, so the selection of high-precision weight sensors is very important for the equipment.

When the crane is carrying more than the full load, it automatically stops, and can only land, not rise.

  • Overheat Protection

The motor is equipped with a thermal sensor, which can monitor the temperature of the motor, heat up when the motor exceeds the allowable range of the equipment due to the frequency of use, and can be forced to stop by the electronic control system, and can be used again when the temperature of the motor is cooled, so as to avoid the motor overheating resulting in reduced or damaged motor life.

  • Overcurrent Protection

The motor can be protected by the overcurrent protection function of the inverter to prevent the damage caused by overcurrent to the motor.

  • Audible And Visual Alarm

The crane supports 3 color red, green and yellow sound and light alarms

It can show the position of the crane when the crane is running, and remind the staff of the workshop to be careful of the collision.

When the crane has a problem, it will light different colors according to the fault to remind the operator.
