FAQ

Wire rope hoists offer higher lifting speeds (up to 20m/min), greater lifting heights (up to 100m), and higher capacities (up to 80 tons). Chain hoists are more compact, better for shorter lifts (up to 30m), and ideal for lower capacity applications (up to 20 tons) with excellent load control.

European standard hoists follow FEM/DIN standards featuring compact low-headroom design, frequency inverter control for smooth operation, higher duty classification (M5-M6), superior build quality, and typically 2-3 times longer service life compared to standard hoists.

M3 (light duty): 2-4 hours/day occasional use. M4 (medium duty): 4-6 hours/day regular use. M5 (heavy duty): 8-12 hours/day intensive use. M6-M7 (very heavy duty): continuous operation. Choose based on your daily operating hours and load frequency.

Yes, we manufacture ATEX and IECEx certified explosion-proof hoists for Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 21, Zone 22 hazardous areas. These feature sealed motors, spark-proof controls, and special materials for chemical plants, oil refineries, and paint facilities.

Daily pre-use checks, weekly lubrication of moving parts, monthly brake inspection, quarterly complete examination of all components, and annual load testing. High-duty hoists require more frequent inspections. We provide detailed maintenance schedules with each hoist.

Inverter (variable frequency drive) control provides stepless speed regulation, soft start/stop reducing shock loads, precise positioning, reduced power consumption (up to 30%), extended motor life, and smoother operation protecting your loads and equipment.

Standard model hoists: 2-3 weeks. Customized or European standard hoists: 4-6 weeks. Explosion-proof and special application hoists: 6-8 weeks. Express production available for urgent projects with additional charges.
